Dr. Thyda graduated from medical school in 2012 and worked at the Angkor Hospital for Children in Siem Reap for two years.

She then moved to the HOPE World Wide Medical Center where she worked for nine years (from 2014 until March 2023).

She therefore has more than 10 year experience in both pediatric and adult care in outpatient, inpatient and emergency settings. In particular, she has provided care related to endocrinology, rheumatology, hepato-gastroenterology and infectious diseases.
